Department of Transportation (DOT) Testing: Our staff meets the collection requirements governed by the Department of Transportation for both drug and alcohol collections. We use only SAMHSA-certified laboratories for testing and include the medical review officer services as a standard part of our testing. We review ALL drug screen results, positive and negative to guarantee uniformity and confidentiality.

Company Mandated Testing: We offer several drug screen panels and/or alternative tests from which to choose. The medical review officer services are part of the company-mandated testing as well as the DOT–mandated.

Laboratory Testing through Urinalysis: We will help you select a drug screen panel to meet your specific company policy.

Hair Analysis Collection: Our staff has been specially trained in the collection procedures for hair testing. We are one of the only facilities offering this service in the Northwest Indiana area. 

Instant Results: Some employers need a result immediately and don’t want to wait for the lab results of a specimen. We provide this “instant” test and will phone the results to the employer the same day.

Alcohol Testing: We have numerous certified breath alcohol technicians who perform the breath alcohol testing. We also offer urine alcohol testing.

Policy Consultation and Design: We offer consultation services for company drug/alcohol testing policies and procedures and can design your written policy for both DOT-Mandated and Company-Mandated testing programs.

Supervisor Training: We offer training for both DOT and non-DOT programs. We will educate supervisors on what to look for in a reasonable-cause situation and how to document that information.

Nationwide MRO Services: We offer companies that have multiple locations the ability to consolidate their MRO services. Thereby assuring that your employees will receive a standard, uniform, and consistent level of service.
